Supporting Autistic Individuals
At SML's hope we meet people’s needs through robust assessments and support planning. We do this by completing person-centred assessments and ensuring proactive, planned, and coordinated support which involves multi-disciplinary teams and families and carers to ensure we understand the needs and expectations of the service users and their families from the outset. All our staff are trained in autism awareness and receive extra training for individuals with complex needs so you can rely on us for safe, flexible, and personalised support.
Supporting for individuals with Mental health needs
As SML's hope ltd we use an approach that focuses on individuals’ strengths, to enable the people we support residents to achieve the best possible outcomes at various points in their lives. This includes enabling people to manage crises and avoid hospital admission as well as enabling residents to move from hospital, residential care, and supported living into the community
